By Popular Request: Groups participating in the Stewards Sale – including artists, mutant vehicle crew, theme camps, etc – now have the ability to purchase Stewards Sale tickets in bulk! While there will be the familiar allocation process where you can invite your campmates or crew members to purchase up to two (2) tickets and one (1) vehicle pass per invitation, bulk purchasing allows for a single point of purchase by a single purchaser, which can be later distributed centrally later. We hope this new option will make the process smoother for all of you!
Guidelines for Requesting a Bulk Ticket Allocation
The 2025 Stewards Sale registration period has now closed. If you have any questions regarding the Stewards Sale, please contact the department that issued your Stewards Sale allocation (i.e. Art, DMV, Placement, etc.).
- You will need to enter the first and last name of individual bulk purchasers from your group, Burner Profile email address, and the quantity of each price level you wish to be assigned.
- Up to five (5) bulk purchasers per group is allowed.
- Each bulk bundle must be a minimum of ten (10) tickets and can be up to the total amount of tickets allocated to your group. [So, if your team has an allocation of nine (9) or fewer tickets, the Bulk Ticket Allocation process does not apply to you.]
- Make sure your math adds up. If you plan to split some of your total ticket allocation between buying some in bulk and having the rest be allocated to individual group members, be careful not to go beyond the total number of tickets allocated to your group. Inputting the wrong amount will cause delays in processing your request.
Guidelines for Purchasing a Bulk Ticket Allocation
- Bulk purchasers will receive a copy of their completed registration form as proof of registration. There is no need to register elsewhere. Bulk purchasers will receive their unique purchase link via email after 12pm (noon) Pacific on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 (look for an email from participantsupport@burningman.org, and be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders just in case).
- Purchase links will remain valid until you have completed a purchase, or until the Stewards Sale ends at 12pm (noon) Pacific on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, whichever comes soonest. Purchase links can only be used once, so please be sure to check the contents of your cart before completing your purchase. Items not carted will no longer be available once you have checked out. If you miss the March 12 deadline to purchase your tickets, they will no longer be available to you.
- The full purchase of bulk tickets and vehicle passes must be completed in a single transaction, on a single credit card, while the Stewards Sale is open. There is no way to split a bulk ticket bundle further during the sale, and buyers should not attempt to buy using the same purchase link twice to have multiple transactions or use multiple credit cards.
- You will not be able to purchase more vehicle passes than tickets. The Stewards Sale offers tickets and vehicle passes at a 2:1 ratio. Purchases of Vehicle Passes over this ratio may be cancelled.
- Do not purchase more tickets than your group actually needs. You do not need to purchase the full amount allocated to your group if you no longer need those tickets or don’t feel confident your group will commit to this year’s Burn. We do not want your group to be stuck with more tickets than it needs.
- Once purchased, tickets and vehicle passes are nonrefundable and Burning Man Project’s ticket terms and conditions apply.
