By proceeding with my reservation order, I confirm that I understand and accept the following Terms and Conditions applicable to my order:
- You are not purchasing a Burning Man admission ticket(s) via this sale. Each reservation, regardless of the amount paid for the reservation, will entitle the holder to purchase one (1) admission ticket to each of the next two (2) Burning Man events in Black Rock City, at the published Main Sale ticket price for that event plus applicable tax and fees. When a reservation is redeemed to purchase a ticket, that purchase and ticket will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that event.
- Each individual may order up to a maximum of two (2) reservations. If an individual orders more than two reservations, all reservations held by that individual are subject to cancellation. A reservation may not be redeemed to purchase two tickets to the same Burning Man event. If you would like to ensure that you can purchase two tickets to each of the next two events, please include two reservations in your order.
- Burning Man Project will contact reservation holders when ticket sales begin for the next two Burning Man events in Black Rock City, and will provide instructions on how to redeem reservations for the purchase of a Burning Man ticket.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including if you are unable or elect not to redeem your reservation(s) for the purchase of tickets, in whole or in part. Reservation orders are nonrefundable even if Burning Man Project is unable to produce a Burning Man event in Black Rock City in a given year due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not necessarily limited to adverse weather, acts of nature, health epidemics or pandemics, strikes, protests, governmental regulation, or the failure to obtain required permits.
- Reservations do not have any value and are nontransferable. Any reservation included in your order may be redeemed to purchase a ticket to a future Burning Man event only by you. Reservations may not be sold or provided to any other individual, and any reservation that is transferred in violation of these Terms and Conditions is subject to cancellation.
- Reservations may be acquired only by individuals. You represent and warrant that you are placing this order on behalf of yourself, an individual, and not on behalf of any entity of any kind.
- Please check with your tax advisor as to the tax-deductibility of any of the amount paid for a reservation.
- Information provided to Burning Man Project in connection with the purchase of reservations is covered by the Burning Man Privacy Policy, available at http://burningman.org/privacy-policy. Reservation orders will be processed in collaboration with independent service providers, and the use of information provided in connection with your order is also governed by the privacy policies of those providers.
- Burning Man Project does not promise that the website(s) used to process reservation orders will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Invitation to The Future Sale is being offered on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, and BURNING MAN PROJECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BURNING MAN PROJECT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE INVITATION TO THE FUTURE SALE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. BURNING MAN PROJECT MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF THE AVAILABILITY OF OR THE ABILITY TO SECURE RESERVATIONS VIA THIS SALE.
- These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and enforced according to the laws of the State of California without regard to any rules relating to conflicts of laws. Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
